We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. 5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
5.1 Program. Carpentier Insurance Solutions offers text messaging to consumers who opt in. Messages may include transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, enrollment status, and customer service follow-ups) and, with separate express consent, marketing messages (Medicare plan information, enrollment period reminders, and educational content).
5.2 Opt-In. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box when booking an appointment or submitting a form. Consent checkboxes are never pre-checked and are not required to book. Consent is not a condition of purchase, enrollment, or any service.
5.3 Frequency and Fees. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
5.4 Opt-Out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message. To rejoin, opt in again through our website.
